I HIGHLY recommend that if you don’t have an IPhone or IPod (or some other brand) that you get one. Load it full of songs and audiobooks. When you get in your car, or at home, turn up the volume and either rock and dance or learn!
Remember, you will act out what you think about. Stop thinking about someone who’se gone and never coming back. Think on better, more positive things.
